The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the effective management of projects, working with international clients and providing services in accordance with the highest standards. Your goal will be to deliver projects in accordance with budgets and contracts, while ensuring customer satisfaction and process optimization.

*Your tasks*

  • Deliver projects on budget, schedule and contract, ensuring quality in accordance with the contract
  • Increase profitability through cost optimization and expansion of scope of activities
  • Effective project and team management according to Sii standards, ensuring internal communication and escalation
  • Communicate effectively with the client, monitor client engagement and manage satisfaction and project changes
  • Maintaining high quality documentation to support contract execution

Requirements

  • Knowledge of English at the C1 level, both spoken and written
  • Min. 6 years' experience in independent execution of assembly installation projects in any industry (experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is welcome)
  • Familiarity with workmanship, quality control and safety supervision processes
  • Highly developed communication skills and ability to have difficult conversations with the client
  • Key soft skills: communication skills, assertiveness, stress resistance, proactivity, mediation skills
  • Use of selected methodology for conducting projects supported by examples from experience, e.g. Agile, PMI, Prince2
  • Proficiency in the use of project management and planning tools
  • Experience in the area of industrial installations - mechanical and electrical
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft package
  • B category driving license
  • Education in the field of: Electrical Engineering, Automation, Production Engineering or derivatives

Nice to have

  • Experience working with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Knowledge of the German language
  • Understanding of the requirements related to work safety in the electrical area
