What You'll Lead

  • Ownership of key manufacturing systems (MES/EBR, OSI PI, Apprentice EBR)
  • User access, system admin, and troubleshooting for global teams
  • Driving system improvements and enhancements with vendors
  • Playing a key role in inspections and audits as the technical SME
  • Integrating MES/EBR systems with ERP, LIMS, and manufacturing equipment
  • Monitoring performance and identifying ways to make operations smarter, faster, and more robust
  • Supporting validation activities and ensuring compliance across digital systems
  • Delivering user training and supporting adoption of new digital capabilities

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Experience working with MES/EBR systems
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, ETL processes, Fivetran or similar
  • Ability to connect systems and optimise data flows
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Strong understanding of GxP environments and validation processes
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Qlik Sense, or data visualisation platforms
  • Comfortable working in agile/global teams and communicating with stakeholders
