The Technical Talent Acquisition Team is crucial in driving our company's success, working collaboratively to deliver top technical talents available.

You Will

  • Conducting all stages of recruitment process for internal IT team;
  • Attracting the best candidates and building relationships with them for the future;
  • Partner effectively with the Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition team and other departments to achieve company and hiring goals;
  • Supporting employer branding activities;
  • Create and recommend recruitment strategies and approaches;
  • Find and propose improvements in recruitment processes;
  • Take full ownership of the recruitment processes.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience preferably in IT recruitment area;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proactive and can-do attitude;
  • Proven knowledge of hiring methodologies and candidate's evaluation;
  • Knowledge of IT landscape and technologies: programming languages, frameworks, tools, trends;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Fluency in English
