Senior Software Engineer

Develocraft is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (C# & Java) for our international client. In this project, you will join a team that ensures the platform integrates flawlessly with thousands of bank and financial institutions APIs. It's a hybrid work, 3 visits per week in Gdańsk or Warsaw
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in similar position
- Strong experience building backend services in .NET and Java
- Experience with API design, distributed systems and cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to work closely with product and engineering peers
- English (B2-C1)
Nice to have:
- Experience in establishing bank connections through PSD2 interfaces
- Prior experience from working in closely regulated industries (financial, medical, etc.) is welcome
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing and maintaining APIs and integration modules connecting the platform to various banks and financial institutions
- Collaborating with engineers and product stakeholders
- Ensuring scalability and maintainability to best practices
- Maintaining quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement
