OverviewTo lead and integrate operations at two manufacturing facilities (Grodzisk and Tomaszów), ensuring end-to-end execution of production, quality, safety, cost, service, people, and sustainability standards while driving synergies, productivity, and transformation across both sites under a single leadership structure.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational leadership to Grodzisk and Tomaszów manufacturing sites, delivering consistent and integrated performance across all MAKE metrics (Decision making)
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards across both sites (Execution & consultation)
- Lead site productivity and cost transformation initiatives to meet or exceed financial targets (Decision making)
- Drive people development, engagement, and high-performance culture across both teams (Execution)
- Harmonize best practices, systems, and standards across the two plants to create a unified operational model (Consultation & execution)
- Lead site readiness and execution of key innovation, capacity expansion, and network transformation projects (Execution)
- Represent manufacturing in cross-functional interactions with Planning, Commercial, Engineering, and SC Finance (Consultation)
- Manage local stakeholder relationships including authorities, community, and labor councils if applicable (Consultation)
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience in FMCG or related sectors
- Proven leadership in site or multi-site operations
- Strong background in production systems, safety, and quality
- Experience with cost management, productivity delivery, and people leadership
- Knowledge of Polish labor laws and regulatory compliance
- Fluent English and Polish

- Ability to lead complex multi-site teams
- Strong change leadership and transformation capabilities
- High emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Ability to operate in matrix and cross-functional environments
