The Associate Team Leader will support the Cluster Manager in overseeing daily operations within the Order Management area. The role acts as a key operational support to the Cluster Manager, ensuring smooth team performance, driving process improvements, and maintaining strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

• Support daily Order Management operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing across end-to-end workflows.
• Coordinate team activities and workload and promote effective collaboration within the team
• Facilitate clear and structured communication within the team and stakeholders, ensuring proper information flow and alignment on priorities.
• Use analytical reasoning to identify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Drive process adherence and standardization, ensuring compliance with global procedures and internal controls.
• Support process improvements and scalability initiatives, contributing to optimalization projects with Order Management and cross-functional areas.
• Leverage SAP and other digital tools to improve efficiency, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality operational output.
• Apply structured problem-solving methods to address operational challenges, support escalations, and prevent recurring issues.
• Ensure consistent quality management by monitoring process performance, identifying gaps, and driving corrective and preventive actions to maintain high operational standards.
• Support change management initiatives by coordinating communication, preparing the team for the updates, and facilitating smooth adoption of operational changes.

 
What are we looking for?

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or another relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations
• Project management experience will be an asset
• Experience working in a Shared Services Environment will be an asset
• Strong knowledge of SAP and related business applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English is required (min. C1)
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and work effectively in a dynamic environment
