Correct Context is looking for a Python/Django FullStack Developer for Comscore in Poland and around.

We are looking for Python Developer acting as Fullstack (we are more interested in Python/Django than React frontend) to help building API data layers using Django/DRF and potentially doing some frontend work as needed.

We are creating new service that would expose Big Data processing capabilities over HTTP API.

As a Python/Django Big Data Developer, you'll:

  • Build and maintain scalable APIs using Python, Django + DRF
  • Build also React frontends as part of the role (hard to say what would be exact balance between frontend and backend, but we primarly looking for backend developers with being open to help with frontend)
  • Work with AWS/Kubernetes/Apache Airflow and other cloud and big data technologies in the background
  • Integrate and optimize data pipelines from various platforms (TV, web, mobile)
  • Own backend components and participate in architectural decisions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hands-on, proactive approach
  • 1+ years of commercial Python experience
  • Experience with Django
  • Good understanding of DRF(serializers, viewsets, permissions) is big plus
  • Very strong solid understanding of python mechanics
  • Ability to write and understand SQL queries for data processing (partitions, windows, transformations)
  • Linux is your daily driver
  • Good understanding of Linux is big plus, being power user is big plus
  • Proficiency in English
