HSE Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced

HSE Manager (m/f/d) Offshore Wind

to support our polish entity, starting as soon as possible, for a long-term duration. This freelance role is based in Gdynia, Poland, operating on a Monday to Friday schedule with the possibility to work remote. This role will initially support the first Polish Offshore Wind Farm (OWF) project, but our intention is to establish a long-term cooperation that goes beyond this single project.

Responsibilities

On a case-by-case basis, you will support our team in developing and strengthening the safety culture by:

• Ensuring compliance with Polish HSE requirements and Labor code
• Conducting risk assessments and hazard management
• Delivering safety trainings and building awareness among employees and subcontractors
• Investigating incidents and driving prevention measures
• Supporting continuous improvement and compliance processes

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Polish HSE legislation and labor code
• References from the offshore or marine industry would be an advantage
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, hazard analysis and safety audits
• Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to engage employees and subcontractors at all levels
• High level of initiative and problem-solving skills
