What you'll be doing

Wolt has been growing rapidly in Poland ever since we entered the market in 2018. We're looking for a Restaurant Sales Associate to join our Inside Sales Team.

Exceptional service is always a priority for us too - to ensure our restaurant partners have the best possible experience, you'll work closely with the Restaurant Partnership and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding for new Partners.

Day-to-day in this role you'll:

  • Contacting restaurants that are a great fit for Wolt,
  • Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships,
  • Negotiating commercial terms and conditions, and collect documentation,
  • Ensure seamless handover to merchant Onboarding team,
  • Collaborating with Onboarding and Restaurant Development teams to ensure smooth and rapid activation,
  • Collaborating with the Sales team on improving sales methodologies and processes.

Our humble expectations

  • Your background should be focused on sales, customer service or business development - we want someone who enjoys talking to potential Partners and can own the complete sales cycle from start to finish (what you've sold doesn't matter),
  • You are structured, detailed and service-oriented,
  • A natural 'hunter' with excellent communication and networking skills,
  • A real foodie with good knowledge of the local restaurant scene would be an advantage
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
