Kyivstar is a leading Big Data player in Ukraine, seeking a talented Product Partnerships Manager to expand our market reach through strategic partnerships. If you're passionate about building partnership ecosystems and scaling Big Data products, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.Responsibilities:•Identify, evaluate and execute product partnership opportunities with tech vendors, distributors, ad agencies, industrial associations, system integrators and other relevant partners•Define and implement product partnerships strategy and roadmap•Conduct CusDev research to identify partner and end-user needs •Design, develop and launch new partnership-driven Big Data products and features•Lead integration initiatives to embed Kyivstar's Big Data products into CRM, BI tools and other third-party platforms•Negotiate partnership agreements and manage partner onboarding•Collaborate with Product, ETL, Digital, Marketing and Sales teams to deliver seamless partner experiences•Serve as primary partner contact, develop enablement materials and ensure long-term relationship success•Monitor partnership KPIs, manage P&L and ROI•Stay current with industry trends and market opportunitiesQualifications:•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science or related field (Master's preferred)•3+ years in product partnerships, business development or product management in B2B SaaS, Big Data or similar•Strong understanding of Big Data products, analytics solutions and data-driven business models •Excellent negotiation and communication skills with proven ability to build strong partner relationships •Experience with API integrations, platform partnerships and ecosystem development •Customer development and product discovery experience •Strong analytical and project management skills with ability to handle multiple partnerships simultaneously •Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills•Familiarity with CRM, BI and enterprise platforms is a plusWe offer:•Work for Ukraine's largest and most beloved mobile operator•Remote work with office access•Competitive salary and annual bonus•Paid sick leave, vacation and flexible hours•Medical and life insurance•Professional development and career growth opportunities•Friendly & collaborative environmentДетальніше про нас:Зазирніть в наш Instagram — там про людей, культуру та життя в Київстар → А останні новини про нас шукайте в LinkedIn --> Якщо в тебе залишились питання, ти можеш задати їх нам, рекрутерам Київcтар.
