Documentation and compliance engineer

Join the engineering team as a Documentation and Compliance Specialist. As a member of the team, you will work with the Industrialization, Quality, Validation, and Marketing departments operating at various company locations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure consistency of compliance documentation (documentation) for which you will be responsible. Documentation, as well as testing, will involve electronic products.
*Your tasks*
- Verification of documentation in accordance with applicable laws, standards and regulations.
- Analysis of operating instructions and correctness of product and packaging labeling
- Updating the technical documentation needed to issue the CE declaration
- Conduct verification tests in case of changes in standards or conduct periodic tests
- Proactively participate in the improvement of processes and tools
Requirements
- Min 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Higher education (Master's degree or equivalent) in electronics, electrical engineering or related field
- Good knowledge of Excel and ability to use its functions effectively
- Ability to speak English at a minimum B2 level
- Ability to think analytically and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team environment
Nice to have
- Knowledge of CE marking regulations and familiarity with EMC testing
- Knowledge of Visual Basic
