About This Role

We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Technical Program Manager (TechPM) to join our Flightscape Project Management Office (PMO). In this pivotal role, you will drive financial accountability, establish scalable program management frameworks, and ensure the successful delivery of our product roadmaps—on time and within scope.

  • Providing data-driven insights for better decision-making (budget, scope, resources)

  • Prioritizing strategic initiatives and leading key cross-functional programs

  • Institutionalizing a financial structure that improves time and resource planning

What You'll Do

As a TechPM, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring financial discipline and delivering on budgetary objectives

  • Designing and executing programs aligned with strategic goals and product roadmaps

  • Coordinating across Development and Product teams to ensure roadmap alignment and delivery

  • Leading program planning and tracking scope, resources, budget, schedule, and dependencies

  • Managing change, mitigating risks, and ensuring program goals are met

  • Establishing governance frameworks and process documentation, including release management

  • Driving execution and holding stakeholders accountable

  • Removing roadblocks and proactively addressing risks

  • Producing metrics-driven reports and executive-level presentations

  • Facilitating risk, issue, and change management at the program level

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and brings the following:

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies

  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
