Murex Front Office Consultant
.

Work mode:

We are looking for a
Murex Front Office Consultant
to support treasury system initiatives focused on commodities-related projects. The role involves close collaboration with Front, Middle, and Back Office as well as Risk teams to define requirements, manage implementations, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Front Office in defining implementation requirements and coordinate with other impacted areas (MO, BO, Risk) to assess system adaptations.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, including stakeholder identification, scheduling, risk tracking, and reporting progress to operational and strategic committees.
  • Analyze and resolve functional and technical incidents across Front Office, Middle Office, and Risk areas.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure smooth delivery of system functionalities and enhancements.
  • Contribute to project governance activities and provide regular updates to senior management on project milestones and risks.

Required:

  • Minimum
    4 years of experience
    in treasury systems projects or support, including project management exposure.
  • Functional
    Murex expertise
    , ideally within
    commodities or securities
    domains (product configuration and validation, static and market data management, P&L calculation, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    financial markets
    , with academic background in
    finance, accounting, economics, or business administration
    .
  • Proven experience in
    requirement gathering
    , working directly with Front Office to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience collaborating within
    multidisciplinary teams
    (Administration, IT, FO, BO, Risk, Management Control).
  • Solid
    PMO capabilities
    , with experience managing complex, multi-country projects and reporting to senior management.
