Role overview

We are seeking a visionary Senior EAI Consultant - B2B Systems to serve as the integration SME for B2B and Supply Chain processes, ensuring all external and internal systems are connected using modern, scalable, and secure integration patterns (EDI, API, event-driven). Work closely with the Enterprise Architect for Supply Chain to align integration designs with the domain's strategic roadmap.

• Define integration reference architecture for B2B and Supply Chain flows (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics, Planning).
• Develop canonical data models and mapping guidelines for X12, EDIFACT, UBL/PEPPOL, XML, xCBL and flat files.
• Establish integration patterns (API + EDI convergence, event-driven, async messaging, retries/DLQ).
• Partner with EAs and business teams to translate requirements into integration designs.
• Govern partner onboarding playbooks, ACK handling (997/999, CONTRL), and SLA compliance.
• Define observability standards (transaction tracking, alerts, dashboards).
• Ensure security and compliance for AS2, AS4/PEPPOL, SFTP and certificate lifecycle.
• Leverage cloud-native services (AWS B2B Data Interchange, AWS Transfer Family, Azure Integration Services) for integration design and orchestration.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years of experience in the B2B and Supply Chain domain
• Deep knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, UBL).
• Understanding of Supply Chain processes (forecasting, inventory, logistics).
• Experience with integration patterns (API-first, event-driven).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS (Lambda, EventBridge, API Gateway, S3) and Azure (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
• Exposure to iPaaS solutions (MuleSoft, Boomi, Cleo, SEEBURGER).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred skills:

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma).
• Understanding of integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Axway, IBM App Connect, MQ, ITX, DataStage)..
• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills

• Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and global senior leadership
