Responsibilities:
  • review and moderate images uploaded by users to ensure compliance with platform guidelines,
  • identify inappropriate or non-compliant content based on pre-defined algorithms and internal policies,
  • collaborate with AI tools to enhance image recognition systems by providing accurate moderation feedback,
  • flag, categorize, and escalate images that require further review,
  • work closely with internal teams to maintain high-quality standards of visual content.
Requirements:
  • fluency in German and English (C1 level) - both spoken and written,
  • strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions,
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools (comprehensive onboarding provided),
  • basic understanding of image moderation processes or content management systems (training will be provided),
  • availability to work on-site, one shift (Monday to Friday).
