your tasks

  • handling accounts payable,
  • reviewing, coding, and posting invoices ,
  • conducting payment transactions ,
  • reconciling accounts ,
  • regular contact with the client and informing about the status of requests,
  • providing effective, efficient and value adding services, to the rest of the organisation, directly aligned to customer needs,
  • providing services in a standardised way delivered through a shared services model.

what we expect

  • at least 3+ years of experience
    in AP,
  • experience in
    financial transaction processing
    within a shared services environment,
  • a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • fluency in English and Turkish
  • profitiency in
    invoice processing
    – both manually in
    SAP
    and via Open Text VIM,
  • familiarity with
    query management, rebates, settlements, travel & expenses, vendor master data, and bank verifications
    is a plus,
  • knowledge IT systems, including
    SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)
    ,
  • strong user experience focus
    and committment to deliver excellent service.
