Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Technical SME to support and maintain momentum in our Client's multifactor authentication project operating in a mixed on-premise and hybrid environment. You will work closely with technical experts across the organization to ensure secure, stable, and efficient authentication solutions.

Responsibilities you'll have

  • Drive progress and technical execution within the multifactor authentication project
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using various system and application logs
  • Ensure consistent and secure Identity & Access Management, including handling AD group memberships
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other technical SMEs and project stakeholders
  • Contribute to the design, optimization, and improvement of authentication processes and configurations

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Strong experience with on-prem and hybrid environments
  • Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management, incl. Active Directory group management
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across multiple log types
  • Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with technical SMEs
  • Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Nice-to-have
    • Experience with GPOs
    • Knowledge of network infrastructure
    • Familiarity with VPN technologies and SAML integrations with VPN
    • Experience with Cisco AnyConnect
    • Knowledge of Entra ID
