Principle Accountabilities

  • Own and evolve the Imperial brand hierarchy and supply chain data structures.
  • Manage product master data in various sources including PLM and SAP , ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Review project briefs and change requests to keep product data aligned and up to date.
  • Act as the go-to expert for product data across teams, markets, and systems.
  • Support innovation and logistics with reliable specs, stack schemes, and automation tools.
  • Drive smooth data operations to enable planning, performance, and product development.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Data Management – Some experience with SAP systems or similar for product master data creation and maintenance.
  • Analytical Skills – Ability to review project documents and ensure data accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and data communication.
  • Innovation Integration – Support new product data initiatives with Marketing and Development.
  • Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with automation tools paired with some experience with Python
  • Fluent English language skills
