By joining the VOSS Group as an SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with HR teams, analyze their needs, and coordinate the implementation of new system requirements. You will have a direct impact on the quality and stability of HR processes in a large manufacturing organization, where efficient digital tools play a key role in daily operations.

This is a responsible role that includes coordinating implementations, updates, and interfaces with SAP HCM, Payroll, and external systems, as well as ensuring the reliability of solutions that support employees across VOSS Group locations.

We offer the possibility to work in a hybrid model from our office in Wrocław or in Nowa Wieś Legnicka.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in economics, (business) informatics, or comparable qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of human resources management processes
  • Experience in implementing, customizing, and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge of interfaces (e.g., SAP CPI, Integration Center, API) and cloud technologies
  • Good understanding of HR processes and their technical execution
  • Independence, structured work approach, and strong communication skills
  • Fluent English (German language skills will be an advantage)

Your tasks:

  • Operation and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules (particularly Integration Center)
  • Technical coordination of implementations, updates, and interfaces (e.g., with SAP HCM, Payroll, external systems)
  • Functional consulting and support for specialist departments in implementing new requirements
  • Error analysis, second-level technical support, and collaboration with external service providers
  • Conducting system tests, documentation, and quality assurance
  • Consulting on technical capabilities and best practices in a cloud environment
