Are you ready to shape the future of media efficiency at PepsiCo? We're looking for a dynamic leader to
own the Media Productivity agenda across the US and Mexico
, driving measurable impact and innovation in partnership with our Global team.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the execution of the Media Productivity Framework across two key markets, ensuring full adoption and delivering tangible results.
  • Identify and realize savings opportunities, validate delivery, and hold stakeholders accountable for impact.
  • Educate and support local PepsiCo teams and agencies, fostering consistent, effective execution and building capability.
  • Co-lead global framework development integrating regional insights and best practices.
  • Forecast, track, and report productivity performance, to make data actionable for all stakeholders.

Your Impact
This role is critical to driving media efficiency across two of PepsiCo's most influential markets. You'll work at the intersection of media operations, analytics, and stakeholder engagement—making decisions that directly influence millions in media investment.

Responsibilities
Forecasting and Target Setting

  • Ensuring accurate and timely media productivity forecasting;
  • Coordinating with brand teams, media agencies, and internal planning teams;
  • Aligning on budgets, analyzing submissions, and setting productivity targets that reflect organizational priorities;

Tracking and Reporting

  • Regular updates on year-to-date achievements and full-year projections;
  • Leveraging tools like to make productivity data accessible and actionable for all stakeholders;

Verification and Validation

  • Ensuring accuracy in productivity results through collaboration with auditors and internal teams;
  • Conducting thorough verification and validation of reported figures;

Delivering Productivity Goals

  • Accountable for achieving internal productivity targets, the role also identifies and drives new opportunities to maximize value;

Stakeholder Collaboration and Education

  • Educating and supporting brand teams, media agencies, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of the productivity framework and fostering alignment across the organization;

Qualifications
What We're Looking For

  • Media Governance Expertise: Deep understanding of global media frameworks, compliance, and governance.
  • Productivity Optimization: Proven ability to identify savings and efficiencies through data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Skilled at managing senior relationships and aligning objectives across complex organizations.
  • Analytical Excellence: Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with media measurement tools.
  • Communication & Influence: Ability to articulate strategies and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Project Management Mastery: Experience managing large-scale media projects with precision and impact.
  • Digital Media Experience: Solid background in digital media channels, platforms, and technologies, with hands-on experience in planning, buying, and optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Experience: 7+ years in media trading/investment at an agency or as a media auditor.
