Which tasks can you expect?

  • Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP solutions, with expertise in Personnel Administration
  • Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and maintaining awareness of other HR technologies
  • Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business needs and ensure alignment with solution functionality
  • Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP systems based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for key client users
  • Participate in data migration and transformation processes
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer to the customer and application maintenance teams for ongoing support
  • Collaborate with implementation teams in areas such as time management, payroll, and employee self-service
  • Support the implementation of project tasks assigned by senior colleagues

What do you have to offer?

  • Proven experience in implementing HR systems
  • Solid knowledge of labor law regulations applicable in Poland
  • Experience in delivering IT projects in the HR domain, including requirements analysis, process design, and implementation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with a high level of teamwork and commitment
  • Fluent Polish language skills
  • English language skills at a minimum B1 level
