In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Providing the voice of the customer to the team to ensure they understand how the work they are doing relates to the needs of the business and our customers.

• Collaborating with your team to define the team's objectives and ensure the team remains focused on meeting those objectives.

• Working with product managers to define features for development in the future.

• Owning the team's backlog and prioritize work to meet the needs of the business and our customers in the most effective way possible.

• Identifying, managing, and coordinating dependencies with other teams.

• Actively seeking feedback from business stakeholders and relay it to the team.

• Fostering a creative atmosphere, helping the scrum team continuously improve its environment and processes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Product/Project management/Systems Engineering/Business Development in automation industry.

• Solid domain knowledge of process control and the application to control systems

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish (C1+ level proficiency)

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, quality assurance and other development/testing teams located in various geographic regions.

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation & Robotics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

• Practical understanding of Agile frameworks including SAFe and software development lifecycle

• Experience in developing products that integrate software on multiple platforms with proprietary hardware

• Experience with ISO-certified processes and audits, secure lifecycle development, and/or development of products for use in a SIL environment
