About the job:
As a part of extending our partnership with Cisco Systems we are currently looking for a professional to join our newly created
Licensing Enablement & Adoption Team.
In this role you would be responsible for providing licensing training, portal demo and strategic guidance for Cisco customers and partners, with the goal of enabling their self-sufficiency with licensing management.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Training & Enablement:
Deliver customized licensing training, portal demos, and best practices to Cisco internal teams, customers and partners. - Guidance & Support:
Assist teams in navigating the Cisco licensing ecosystem, ensuring clarity and efficiency. - Smart Account Optimization:
Facilitate Smart Account adoption, helping customers understand and leverage licensing capabilities to maximize ROI. - Strategic Recommendations:
Provide recommendations to customers on license consolidation, restructuring, conversions, and migrations. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure seamless licensing engagements.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for demos and training.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into structured project plans.
- Understanding Cisco Licensing tools and platforms would be a plus.
- Proactivity in taking on new challenges and continuous learning.
- Ability to develop onboarding and adoption plans aligned with customer needs.
- Accountability for outcomes and driving customer success stories.
- Self-motivation, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate within the team and foster cross-functional engagement.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with basic HTML coding is a plus.
