Lokalizacja: Kraków (model hybrydowy – 2 dni w tygodniu w biurze)
Stawka: 200 –215 zł/h Netto +VAT

Zakres obowiązków

  • Zapewnianie kompleksowego inżynierskiego wsparcia oraz zarządzania cyklem życia Internal Kubernetes Platform.

  • Budowanie narzędzi i automatyzacji do zarządzania infrastrukturą platformy oraz cyklem życia usług. Rozwój procesów operacyjnych tak, aby wszystkie rozwiązania automatyzacyjne były orkiestracją platformy, a nie osobnymi pipeline'ami.

  • Poprawianie niezawodności, jakości i czasu potrzebnego na aktualizację klastrów oraz wersji usług.

  • Pomiar i optymalizacja wydajności systemów oraz wykorzystania zasobów; planowanie przyszłej pojemności.

  • Tworzenie dashboardów i wizualizacji zapewniających użytkownikom przejrzystość statusu platformy.

  • Wykrywanie problemów systemowych i opracowywanie rozwiązań typu self-healing, gdzie to możliwe.

  • Zapewnianie wsparcia operacyjnego i inżynieryjnego dla wielu zespołów deweloperskich; udział w konsultacjach dotyczących projektowania systemów, zarządzania platformą i planowania pojemności.

  • Wdrażanie zmian infrastrukturalnych w weekendy lub poza standardowymi godzinami pracy.

Wymagania

  • Praktyczna wiedza administracyjna oraz doświadczenie w pracy z kontenerami i infrastrukturą Kubernetes, w tym w środowisku produkcyjnym.

  • Umiejętności inżynieryjne w zakresie zarządzania infrastrukturą poprzez tworzenie automatyzacji, API oraz pipeline'ów.

  • Kluczowe kompetencje: Linux OS, kontenery, Kubernetes oraz natywne komponenty K8s (np. Istio, Cilium, rozwiązania CSI).

  • Umiejętność tworzenia skryptów w jednym lub kilku językach shell (np. Bash) oraz programowania w językach wysokiego poziomu (Python lub Golang).

  • Znajomość narzędzi orkiestracji, takich jak Jenkins i Ansible (core & AAP), oraz narzędzi obserwowalności, takich jak Splunk i Datadog.

  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu cyklem życia infrastruktury oraz w pracy zgodnie z procesami rozwoju oprogramowania na GitHub.

  • Znajomość zasad ITIL.

  • Proaktywne podejście do identyfikowania problemów, obszarów wymagających usprawnień oraz wąskich gardeł wydajności.

  • Umiejętność komunikacji w języku angielskim na poziomie biznesowym.
