Responsibilities

  • Develop and submit financial plans (quarterly forecasts, annual budgets) for SG&A expenses.
  • Analyze variances against prior plans and provide explanatory commentary.
  • Perform monthly financial close, analyze results, and report on performance.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including data consolidation.
  • Prepare complex and ad-hoc financial reports for clients.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews with senior business and finance partners.
  • Identify trends and support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with BP&A EMEA and client stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Prioritize tasks to align with long-term business strategy.
  • Participate in projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and improve BP&A processes and budgeting/reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience in FP&A and basic accounting knowledge.
  • Comprehensive understanding of BP&A processes and related tools.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • University degree.
  • Analytical thinking, quick learner, self-motivated.
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, SAP, BPC, Workday) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage difficult client situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
