Integrates Acxiom and third party software to create solutions to business problems defined by specific business requirements and draws upon technical and data processing knowledge to solve complex marketing and data warehousing problems on very large volumes of data. A Senior Solution Developer would:
• configure or tune Acxiom or third party software
• develop automation to tie components together
• develop custom application code to accommodate specific business requirements
• collaborate with others to add extensions to existing Acxiom software A senior solution developer would also be responsible for new development, ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization working closely with accounts teams who are utilizing the solution. A senior solution developer would be responsible for mentoring less experienced developers or others across the team and ensure that proper unit testing and code reviews are conducted across the solution. With this level of experience, Solution Developers would also be involved in providing Level of Efforts for work estimates.

Must have are:

Data Cloud Consultant – with 2+ years of experience at this level

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant – with 2+ years of experience at this level

Salesforce Administration – experience with DataKits and Release management

Experience of a new implementation, not just change/support for an existing solution

Expert in SQL
Practice in ANSI SQL, Query API SQL, Calculated Insight SQL

Knowledge of The Consumption model and optimisation techniques

Nice to Have:

Experience of SF CORE

Experience with other SF products, in particular Personalisation and Intelligence

Experience with Copado (Release automation),

Experience with Azure DevOps for documentation

Experience in test automation

Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, GIT, Jenkins

Solution Architect support experience

Knowledge of AWS/GCP

Soft Skills:

Demonstrable experience in lead development

Experience of client engagement throughout the Project Lifecycle

Experience in producing POC's for new requirements

Desire to expand existing knowledge to non-Salesforce products if required

Self efficacy
