Our clients in Healthcare & Life Sciences are world leading companies and key innovators in the pharma, biotech, healthcare technology, diagnostics, health IT and consumer health space. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Life Science team. We are expanding our work on data analytics, to leverage data, and to provide insights for our private equity and corporate clients. We work collaboratively with all parts of Simon-Kucher, and you will have the opportunity to work on projects including market reviews, revenue growth, pricing, marketing efficiency and digital strategy.

How You Will Create An Impact

• Problem Solving and Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to support commercial, pricing, and sales strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Driving Project Excellence: Collaborate with project teams to drive various client engagements, including developing presentations, creating financial models, and contributing to client workshops.
• Presentation Development and Delivery: Create compelling presentations and reports for clients, showcasing findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner, and engage in critical dialogue with clients.
• Client Interaction: Gain exposure to client interactions by participating in meetings and workshops and leading discussions and presentations as appropriate.
• Learning and Development: Engage in workshops and training sessions to enhance your consulting and business acumen, as well as your understanding of Simon-Kucher's methodologies.
• Work closely with project teams to leverage both strategy development and data analysis to solve client business challenges.
• Be an integral part of contributing to a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters belonging for all.
• Work in international project teams with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Your Profile

• Above-average academic performance (majoring in any subject with a focus on general business, science or medical).
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Practical experience from internships at other consulting companies or within industry.
• Strong collaboration and teaming skills.
• Highly motivated to develop new skills and grow professionally.
• Fluent communication skills in business English, both written and verbal, with a client-focused attitude.
• Additional language capabilities are a major advantage: preferably Eastern European (CEE) languages, e.g., Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Croatian, Russian, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• In-office or client site presence 3 days per week in alignment with our hybrid working model.
