Your Mission

As Site Manager, you´ll oversee on-site operations, ensuring project milestones are met while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. You'll also act as the primary site representative, coordinate projects with headquarters, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to optimize construction, maintenance, and performance of solar power fields.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary representative of the company on-site, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company standards.
• Oversee and document all aspects of construction progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and technical specifications.
• Conduct quality control inspections on construction works to verify compliance with industry standards, contractual obligations, and company requirements.
• Oversee and evaluate the performance of O&M subcontractors, ensuring that both preventive and corrective maintenance activities meet contractual and operational expectations.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify subcontractors' progress, compliance with design specifications, compliance with good construction practices, ensure the quality of work performed, and adherence to regulations and safety requirements.
• Collect and assess quotations for fault correction and other site-related works, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of site interventions, maintenance activities, and performance trends to support long-term asset management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding site operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate the handover process of completed sites to O&M subcontractors after Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) issuance.
• Manage the transition of O&M responsibilities in cases where subcontractor entities change, ensuring continuity and minimal operational disruption.
• Foster seamless cooperation with energy trading partners to optimize power plant performance and revenue generation.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in in Technics, Law or related fields.
• MUST have a minimum 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector or project related environment
• Outstanding knowledge of the renewable energy industry (solar), products, market conditions and competitors
• Successfully works with others to achieve desired results, contributes to team projects, exchanges ideas, opinions, develops positive working relationships
• Earns trust by being dependable and consistent. Embraces change and meets changes conditions and situations in work responsibilities easily and positively
• Native-level in Polish and fluent English (spoken & written).
• Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driving license.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
