Job Description

Are you looking for a paid internship in Payroll where you can gain hands-on experience in administrative and reporting processes? Are you interested in working in an international environment and supporting a dynamic team? If you're available for at least 20 hours per week, we're looking for you

As a Payroll Intern - EMEA, you will be part of a collaborative and experienced Payroll team. You'll work closely with specialists who value accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This 6-month paid internship starts in December and offers a chance to develop practical skills in document handling, data analysis, and process documentation. We offer you flexible working hours with a requirement to work from the office at least two days a week. You can choose the days freely, although presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays is preferred, as most of the team is onsite then.

You will report to the EMEA Payroll Lead and work in Katowice, Poland

Your Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage incoming mail and packages
• Scan and archive payroll-related documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Prepare reports and verify data accuracy
• Support process documentation and create work instructions

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Power BI
• Excel - ability to work with formulas and functions
• Willingness to grow in new technologies
• Language skills: Polish (native), good English (spoken and written, B2)
• Student status (preferably in HR, Business Administration, Finance or similar)
• Interest in gaining professional experience in Payroll or HR administration

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Excel - familiarity with macros
