ABOUT THE ROLE:

, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the
banking and fintech sector
, working on critical projects to support and optimize Treasury Workstation (ION Wallstreet Suite) v8 Cloud systems. Your mission will be to ensure smooth operations, resolve escalations, and drive system improvements across global teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Incident & Escalation Handling - Receive and resolve escalations from L1/L2, Treasury Ops, and other key teams (Europe night / US day coverage).
  • Systems Administration & Maintenance - Perform restarts, updates, and preventive maintenance for on-prem and cloud applications, including TWS, SAA, Automate, BAWeb, and BRMEdge.
  • Configuration Management - Set up or modify entities, reports, schedules, import/export rules, account relationships, and bank connections (RMA).
  • Troubleshooting - Investigate and fix issues in payments, trade processes, integrations, and data flows; perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
  • SME Support & Knowledge Sharing - Provide subject matter expertise, ensure baseline knowledge across the team, maintain SOP documentation, and deliver knowledge transfers.
  • Project & Implementation Support - Participate in upgrades, new deployments, operational readiness, and post-implementation support.
  • Monitoring & Optimization - Respond to alerts, monitor system performance, and recommend improvements.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Proven experience as a Systems Architect/Engineer, experience with ION Wallstreet Suite (TWS) v8 Cloud is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury and banking operations.
  • Hands-on experience with system administration, troubleshooting, and configuration management.
  • Ability to work in a global team environment covering multiple time zones.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to provide SME support and mentor junior team members.
