Job Description
Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards in Power BI based on business requirements, ensuring clarity, usability, and performance.
• Automate manual reporting processes by integrating data from various sources (e.g. Excel, SAP, IQVIA, CRM systems).
• Ensure data warehouse architecture is optimal and in-line with business needs.
• Data warehouse architecture improvement to increase reporting efficiency & speed
• Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes to ensure efficient and reliable data loading from multiple sources into the local data warehouse.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across reports by implementing validation checks and monitoring mechanisms.
• Support and advice business teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, BO) in data interpretation and usage of dashboards.
• Support other functions (BI, RGM) in terms of new tools / reports creation in order to support automatization and efficiency SPOC for Region Europe/Global colleagues in terms of data warehouse & automatization tools topics Search & implement (where possible from business and technical sides) new AI / automatization tools that supports automatization and simplify technical processes.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users to promote self-service analytics and dashboard adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data analysis or reporting roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills (including influencing) with good collaborative attitude.
• Strong experience in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
• Experience in designing and implementing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, with proficiency in ETL tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Alteryx, or equivalent.
• Very good understanding of SQL and data structures.
• Strong communication, business consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

• University degree in Economics, IT, Data Analytics or related field.
• Consulting experience
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages
