Your role and

responsibilities:
Lead and manage M&A project teams and processes in a highly client-facing roleDrive marketing and origination activities in collaboration with senior leadershipOversee comprehensive research, including financial, strategic, and competitive analysesPrepare and supervise the drafting of high-quality presentations, company profiles, market and sector reports, information memorandums, and other transaction documentationCoordinate the preparation of historical and projected financial data and oversee detailed financial modellingProvide strategic advice on the financial implications of mergers and acquisitions, based on thorough valuation analysisMentor and develop junior analysts and associates, providing training and guidance as required.
What we are looking for:A proactive leader with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and extensive market research expertiseExcellent Polish & English language proficiency (written & spoken)Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, adaptability, and project management skillsStrong academic background, with a completed university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields with financial acumenMore than 3 years of relevant professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Consulting, or Private Equity, ideally with significant exposure to the entire transaction processDeep understanding of finance and accounting principlesExpert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to oversee complex analyses and presentations.
