As an AI Data Annotation Specialist, you will oversee the review and management of user-generated content to ensure it meets company guidelines and quality standards. Your role involves handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure the successful moderation of content while achieving client satisfaction and adhering to company policies. The AI Data Annotation Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for any content-related issues.
RESPONSIBILITIESReview videos and judge videos/accounts in accordance according to processes, policies and guidelinesRespond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appealsLiaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriateActions to resolve any situations that may arise during productionMake well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledgePerform model evaluation to ensure high-quality text detection and recognition in visual media Audit on-screen text boxes for accuracy, consistency, and correct labeling across frames Validate and refine model candidates to ensure exact matches with visible text contentProject overviewWork Days: Monday
