About the Company
Our client is a Polish technology company delivering IT solutions and software platforms for the financial and public sectors. The company works on large-scale, business-critical systems where stability, security and long-term development are particularly important. Its projects combine complex backend systems, databases, integrations and modern web technologies. The organization is currently expanding its engineering teams and looking for experienced technical leaders who can take ownership of both technology and delivery.
About the Role
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer who can take ownership of automated testing across complex software projects. You will work closely with developers and analysts to design, implement, and maintain automated tests and help ensure the quality of applications throughout the development lifecycle. The role requires someone who is technically strong and comfortable investigating issues rather than treating testing as a purely functional activity. Experience with API testing and CI/CD environments will be particularly useful. Your responsibilities Designing, developing and maintaining automated test scenarios Creating and maintaining automated regression test suites Testing web applications and APIs Identifying, analysing and documenting defects Working closely with developers and analysts to investigate technical issues Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Supporting improvements to QA processes and testing standards Troubleshooting test failures and determining their root causes Requirements Commercial experience in QA Automation Strong experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright or Serenity Experience with API testing Understanding of CI/CD and automated testing pipelines Good understanding of software development and testing processes Ability to investigate technical problems independently Experience working closely with development teams Relevant certifications and strong technical expertise will be an advantage
What we offer
