- 7:00 AM)Flexible scheduleDiscounts on our products at all restaurants in PolandAttractive discounts on meals during workWhat are we looking for?Experience in a similar position or as a Shift Manager at McDonald'sPolish language skills at a minimum level of C1Teamwork and people management skillsGood work organizationPositive attitude towards achieving tasks and sales goalsFlexibility and openness to changeConscientiousness and commitmentWhat will you be doing?Manage the restaurant and coordinate the work of subordinate employees in accordance with applicable operating procedures.
Lead a team of employees in all areas of the restaurant.
Prepare reports and analyze data regarding the restaurant's operational activities.
Oversee the training process for employees and managers.
Deputize for the restaurant manager during his absence.
Prepare products and serve guests
- working hand in hand with the entire team.
