We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Providing the voice of the customer to the team to ensure they understand how the work they are doing relates to the needs of the business and our customers.Collaborating with your team to define the team's objectives and ensure the team remains focused on meeting those objectives.Working with product managers to define features for development in the future.Owning the team's backlog and prioritize work to meet the needs of the business and our customers in the most effective way possible.Identifying, managing, and coordinating dependencies with other teams.Actively seeking feedback from business stakeholders and relay it to the team.Fostering a creative atmosphere, helping the scrum team continuously improve its environment and processes.Who You Are: You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You carefully consider all relevant factors and use appropriate decision-making criteria and principles. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance. You provide calmness and productivity, even when things are unclear. For This Role, You Will Need: 3+ years of professional experience in Product/Project management/Systems Engineering/Business Development in automation industry.Solid domain knowledge of process control and the application to control systemsExceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish (C1+ level proficiency)Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, quality assurance and other development/testing teams located in various geographic regions.Bachelor's degree in a field related to Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation & Robotics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Practical understanding of Agile frameworks including SAFe and software development lifecycleExperience in developing products that integrate software on multiple platforms with proprietary hardwareExperience with ISO-certified processes and audits, secure lifecycle development, and/or development of products for use in a SIL environmentOur Culture and Commitment to You At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
