Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:IS Service ManagerYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process.The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Common P&L IS DomainYou will be mainly accountable for:Providing business analysis, supplying technical and business process / data expertise, and supporting decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope.Selecting, adopting, and adapting appropriate business analysis methods, tools, and techniques to drive end-to-end delivery of stakeholder requirements through clear specifications, ensuring timely delivery using best practices (e.g. UAT). Collecting and translating requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.Acting as Scrum Master, driving Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional delivery alignmentApplying and promoting agile methodologies, best practices and innovation across applications and services.Applying related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services to build and deliver activities.Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)Bachelor/master's degree in technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems). 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, preferably in IT, Engineering or related industry, with a proven ability to guide and support multiple teams. 5+ years working in both Agile and Predictive environments; SCRUM certification is a plus. Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical IS capabilities and solutions.Excellent communication and leadership skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a mindset for innovation and continuous improvement. ITIL 4 Foundation certification is desirable; experience with IT Service Management applications (e.g., ServiceNow) and familiarity with project management principles are advantageous.
