By joining us now, you'll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics-working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.This Position reports to:Customer Facing Application ManagerWe are looking for an experienced IS Applications Manager to lead and develop our M&S Robotics applications. In this role, you will drive harmonization of business operations, manage global teams, and ensure our applications deliver maximum business value in line with Robotics IS strategy.Your responsibilitiesLead and manage M&S Robotics applications in accordance with global IS strategy and Group regulationsOwn and develop the M&S applications roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and increased usageGovern applications in scope to provide transparency, prioritize effectively, and drive decisions with senior stakeholdersEnsure application services meet customer needs, maintaining quality through SLAs and OLAs with IS IT teams and suppliersBeyond these core responsibilities, you will oversee application lifecycle management, budget ownership, vendor relationships, and compliance with ABB standards and regulations. You will contribute to global IS strategy, define and enhance methodologies for application management, and ensure data consistency and quality in collaboration with business stakeholders. Operating in a business under transformation, you will manage complex, multi-country projects, balance diverse stakeholder expectations, and lead geographically dispersed teams in an outsourced environment.Your backgroundMaster's degree with 5+ years of IT experience in application development, deployment, and maintenanceMinimum 3 years of global management/leadership experience; ITIL knowledge is a plusProven track record as an application leader in complex, global organizationsExperience successfully leading geographically dispersed and diverse teamsStrong negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skillsWhat's in it for you?At ABB Robotics, you'll be part of a global leader in automation and innovation.
