NES Fircroft are currently looking for a Contract / Claim Manager to join a major offshore wind farm project located in the Baltic Sea. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the region’s largest renewable energy developments.This is a remote based position, however you would be required to travel to Warsaw x3 per week. This role can be offered on a freelance B2B setup and has an attractive day rate.  Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage post-contract management activities for assigned packages.Handle claims and variations in collaboration with legal and package management teams.Ensure compliance with project procurement and contract management procedures.Monitor supplier and employer obligations, including payment schedules.Maintain contract trackers and reporting systems for commercial progress, claims, and variations.Conduct commercial evaluations during procurement processes and manage supplier appraisals.Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to ensure communication and compliance.Track commodity and indexation prices relevant to the package.What We’re Looking ForStrong experience in contract management and procurement within large-scale projects.Ability to negotiate and manage claims effectively.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with offshore wind or large infrastructure projects is highly desirable.What’s on OfferOpportunity to work on a major offshore wind farm project in the Baltic Sea.Competitive day rate or salary package.Long-term contract with potential for extension.With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
