Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Q&CI Finance ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for Finance & Accounting Operations, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance.The work model for the role is: hybrid, #LI-hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Supports the deployment of strategy and objectives for continuous improvement at a local organizational level.Escalating to relevant stakeholders, as necessary, to remove roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives at local level and helping facilitate cases of conflicting priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Ensuring the continuous improvement approach and strategy deployed at local ABB unit level is aligned with the global strategy.Designing and facilitating significant process improvements with respect to Quality, delivery, and/or cost targets, meeting customer and stakeholder commitments in collaboration with local leadership.Work closely with finance delivery teams to identify and execute process improvements that drive operational efficiency and deliver strategic value to our stakeholdersProviding training support by developing and maintaining training modules and toolkits aligned with business needs in collaboration with management at local level.Qualifications for the role:You enjoy working with Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R) functions, in Business Services marketYou have experience in Quality, Continuous Improvement, Lean or Operational Excellence rolesYou are passionate about implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization and demonstrate critical thinking skillsYou are Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification holder/practitionerYou have excellent presentation and communication skills and you posses the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, managers, and subject matter expertsYou hold a Bachelor or Master degree, MBA will be an advantageSAP working level knowledge is preferredBenefits:Enjoy a stable employment in a company with a long history in innovation and technology.Collaborate with experienced experts in an international environment.Seize individual development and training opportunities, from job specific to soft skills.Private medical care (including offers for family members) and life insurance.Receive attractive remuneration based on your experience and skills, and other financial benefits, such as annual bonus and internal share purchase program.Choose from various benefits in kind, ranging from healthy lifestyle offerings, to knowledge sharing, to teambuilding activities.We value people from different backgrounds.
