Fleet Model Owner is responsible for close horizontal cooperation with Engineering (Fleet, LCE, Repair), MCRB, CTP, CSA Operations.Join Fleet Modelling team within Fleet Modeling & Analytic section and tackle data analysis for Business General Aviation (BGA) and New Product Introduction (NPI) enginesJob DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities In this position you will be:responsible for analysis of maintenance and reliability data of GE engines (BGA and NPI platforms)interpreting results, draw conclusions and prepare recommendations based on analysis to help assess CSA profitabilitypresenting your results to engineering, product line management, PSE, FSE, finance team and other stake holdersengaging key technical & subject matter experts (SMEs) across the business for knowledge capture into the solutions and deploy those solutions to the processes for usecommunicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, and work to build a data-driven culture within the organizationworking in international environmentproposing improvements in processes, using LEAN methodology.acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Experience in a relevant role.Good level of English.Desired Characteristics Knowledge of statistics.Data analysis experience.Project management skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
