Product Sales Manager (m/f/d) Semiconductors

Your role with us
- Drive sales and contribution margin growth for the assigned semiconductor portfolio and further develop the business across the region
- Support existing and new customers throughout the product life cycle and identify opportunities for new design-in projects
- Provide technical and commercial advice to customers and support Sales with semiconductor, application, and market expertise
- Develop and implement product and marketing activities based on market, competition, supplier, and customer requirements
- Manage design-in activities, sample requests, customer projects, and supplier coordination from opportunity through implementation
- Work closely with Corporate Product Marketing, Sales, Line Management, Marcom, Quality Management, and other internal stakeholders
Our benefits
Your qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in product management, product sales, technical sales, or a comparable customer-facing role
- Ideally experience with semiconductors, electronic components, or electronics distribution
- Strong commercial understanding combined with technical affinity, customer focus, and confident communication skills
- Fluent Polish and good English skills, as well as willingness to travel to customers and suppliers
