Production Manager
Job Responsibilities:
· Leading and supervising the production team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
· Developing and implementing production plans to meet production targets and deadlines.
· Monitoring production schedules and making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal workflow.
· Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
· Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
· Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product quality standards.
· Managing inventory levels and coordinating with the procurement team for timely raw material availability.
· Analyzing production data and preparing regular reports for management review.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
· Familiarity with production planning software and ERP systems is a plus.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Very good knowldege of Englsh.
