• Run and continuously improve production processes (stability management, defect/problem management, operational readiness).
• Establish and maintain a monthly governance cadence, including structured reviews of production issues with business and operations teams.
• Partner closely with Krakow-based operations to improve time-zone alignment and reduce dependency on late-hours working and temporary mitigations.

• Support the transition to a clearer regional coverage model (EMEA ownership with aligned APAC coverage). What you need to have to succeed in this role
• Proven experience in a Production Support Manager / Production Services / SRE-style role for business-critical applications.
• Strong knowledge of production operations: incident management, triage, stability, coordination, and service restoration.
• Demonstrable capability in governance and control discipline, including running regular service reviews and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across Technology, Operations, and Business teams.
• High ownership mindset with a track record of delivering reliable production outcomes under time pressure.
