Mitgo Group is a technology group focused on advertising technologies and monetization. We connect advertisers looking to promote their products with website owners and bloggers who need effective ways to monetize their audience.
The company, headquartered in Neckarsulm, Germany, employs over 500 specialists across 10+ offices, spanning in Europe (Warsaw, Kyiv, Minsk, and Tbilisi), Brasil (São Paulo), Mexico (Mexico City), the UAE (Dubai), and India (Gurugram).
Admitad, our biggest business line, is a global provider of innovative performance marketing solutions, monetization technologies, partnership services and earning management with a partner network of more than 3000 advertisers and +100K active publishers. We are looking for a Senior Publisher Relation Manager who will join our global team.
What you'll do
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic global and European publishers, acting as their main point of contact. Build long-term relationships across diverse publisher types (cashback, content, BNPL, influencers, etc.). Drive revenue growth through continuous account optimization, campaign scaling, and CPA negotiations. Conduct strategic reviews to identify partner needs, unlock growth, and resolve operational blockers. Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Finance, Legal) to fix tracking, payment, and traffic issues. Own commercial KPIs, maintain pipeline records, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. What we expect: 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (publisher development, partnerships, or network management). Proven track record of managing and growing publisher partnerships. Strong understanding of publisher types, advertiser needs, tracking, commission models, validation, and traffic quality basics. Existing professional network within the affiliate marketing industry, especially across Europe or Western markets. Ability to independently lead commercial conversations and negotiate growth opportunities. Experience using CRM, affiliate platforms, reporting dashboards, or similar commercial tools. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to travel across Europe for publisher meetings, events, and business development.
We offer
Work in the international company. Hybrid working format (office/home office). Corporate education — courses and trainings, meetups and conferences. Voluntary medical care after probation period. 50/50 participation in the cost of a fitness card (Multisport). Effective onboarding program for a better start. Corporate events and team buildings. Our recruitment process We want to keep our recruitment process transparent and straightforward. Here’s what you can expect: Step 1: HR Screening
- a short introductory conversation with our HR team to get to know you, learn more about your experience and expectations, and answer any questions you may have
about the role
and the company. Step 2: Interview with the Hiring Manager
- a deeper conversation with your potential future manager, focused on your experience, skills, motivation, and how you could contribute to the team. Step 3: Interview with the Head of Publishers
- the final stage is a conversation with our Head of Publishers, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the wider team, our goals, and the role’s impact within the organization.
