Process Engineer – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

- THIS IS A FULLY ONSITE POSITION Employment Type: Permanent | Full-time About the Opportunity Global Life Science Hub is partnering with an established pharmaceutical manufacturer in Poland to recruit an experienced Process Engineer to support its Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing operations. This position offers the opportunity to take a leading role in technology transfer, process optimisation and technical manufacturing projects, while overseeing a small team of Process Engineers. The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing, quality and engineering teams to support ongoing operations and the implementation of new manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate a team of five Process Engineers, including three on-site and two remote.
• Manage pharmaceutical technology transfer projects from planning through to manufacturing implementation.
• Provide technical support across oral solid dosage manufacturing processes, including tablets and capsules.
• Drive process optimisation, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support manufacturing operations with technical investigations and process-related challenges.
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to ensure efficient GMP manufacturing.
• Coordinate project timelines, technical documentation and deliverables associated with technology transfers.
• Support process improvements, scale-up activities and manufacturing performance. Requirements
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical process engineering, MSAT or a related technical manufacturing role.
• Strong experience within oral solid dosage manufacturing (OSD).
• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical technology transfers, including project coordination or management.
• Previous leadership experience or the ability to oversee and develop a small team of engineers.
• Good understanding of GMP manufacturing environments.
• Strong technical problem-solving, communication and project management skills.
• Fluent Polish language skills.
• Ability to work fully on-site in Zakroczym, Poland. What's on Offer
