Zadania:
- Wspieranie kierownika EMEA Expense COE w koordynacji centralnego procesu planowania i analizy wydatków w celu zapewnienia, że funkcjonalne i P&L KPI wydatków są odpowiednio odzwierciedlone, zgodnie z wytycznymi EMEA i korporacyjnymi.
- Wspieranie odpowiednich działów HR, GM, CFO i kierowników funkcjonalnych w procesie planowania rocznego i prognoz miesięcznych, w tym kierowanie działaniami związanymi z kontrolą kosztów.
- Wspieranie odpowiednich działów HR, GM, CFO i kierowników funkcjonalnych w analizie rzeczywistych wyników finansowych w porównaniu z planem i prognozami.
- Przygotowywanie i prowadzenie regularnych kontroli wydatków (P&L, Functional i First Incurred)
- Raportowanie interesariuszom rzeczywistych wyników i prognoz
- Zapewnienie wsparcia w zakresie centralnych procesów CoE dotyczących wydatków w regionie EMEA
- W razie potrzeby zapewnianie wsparcia w zakresie tworzenia plików sprawozdawczych CoE dotyczących wydatków
- Ułatwianie i usprawnianie komunikacji z interesariuszami lokalnymi, regionalnymi EMEA i korporacyjnymi w celu promowania przejrzystości i odpowiedzialności za działania związane z wydatkami, co prowadzi do świadomych decyzji dotyczących zarządzania wydatkami.
Wymagania:
- Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w analizie finansowej i księgowości
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (C1)
- Umiejętność rozumienia standardów rachunkowości i wspierania kierownictwa poprzez rzetelne doradztwo finansowe.
- Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu wydatkami i kontroli kosztów
- Doskonałe umiejętności doradcze, analityczne, interpersonalne i komunikacyjne
- Certyfikaty ACA/ACCA będą dodatkowym atutem
