For our client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Project Manager

Location: Remote

Rate: 200 - 225 PLN/h + VAT

We’re looking specialist to:

Project:
The PM will be part of the EMEA VEO team. In this structure, a large number of projects are coordinated and implemented, for which other PMs are responsible, but cooperation with them will not occur too often. This will be a fairly independent position. In this team, usually 1 PM is responsible for 1 project. Sometimes a BA will cooperate with the PM. Independence will be required. Reporting to the Director of Project Portfolios.
Most projects to be taken care of are at the planning stage and are not yet projects in the form of ready-made topics to be entered.
We are looking for mature and independent Project Managers who will be able to engage the business in order to create a business case, feel comfortable in arranging and holding meetings with senior stakeholders from EMEA countries: France, Belgium, Spain (Europe only), gathering all necessary information, creating a plan from scratch, leading to the implementation of the selected business case, but also organizing workshops along the way, requirements gathering before the real business case is created for implementation.
Most projects will be related to the introduction of the EMEA structure under the UK and the unification of systems/processes between different countries to avoid discrepancies and establish uniform processes. The difficulty will be that stakeholders from different countries will defend their processes and tools, and it will be necessary to find a common good solution and implement it.

Case examples:
One project is ecosystem motorfleet & marine -> (one person with experience in insurance marine will be very useful to us)
The second project: analizers (our contractor Apolonia currently takes care of this project in 50%), here you will not need specific knowledge regarding specific insurances or industries, you will need to set up the claims process (our contractor Wojtek Z. also helps here): reports e.g. collisions etc. - reported claim And what next? Set up and unify the process.
Another project that has not been approved yet is Russia exit: Aon has left Russia, but most likely there are still some processes to "clean up" after the exit.
Insurance background - will be very helpful. We focus primarily on people from this industry, because translating certain insurance definitions sometimes takes too much time and leads to a loss of trust (quote from a client)
Financial services and banking are also OK, but experience with insurance is our priority.

What we expect from you:
•Experience: priority in the insurance area; we also consider financial services and banking; Project Management in similar areas and projects for at least 15 years; we focus on business PMs
•No technologies we focus on.
•Soft issues: independence; self-discipline; readiness to deal with situations caused by conflict of interest; maturity; high work and communication culture.
