For our Client a leading real estate company and general contractor, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reviewing construction contracts, ensuring their standardization, and participating in commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, analyze, and review construction contracts, ensuring their standardization
  • Participate in commercial negotiations
  • Prepare summaries and reports according to the company’s current needs
  • Develop documents related to the company’s ongoing activities and oversee their proper circulation
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company regarding contract management and other aspects of the company’s operations
  • Provide substantive support and resolve ongoing legal issues

Qualifications:
  • Higher education in law
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a position related to legal support for a construction company 
  • Knowledge of civil, commercial, and administrative law, as well as civil and administrative procedures, with particular emphasis on construction law and the broader investment process
  • Excellent organizational skills, independence, and creativity
  • Meticulousness, punctuality, and systematic approach
  • Ability to think analytically and communicate clearly and concisely
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written
  • High personal culture
