Helpdesk Support - język niemiecki

Miejsce pracy: Kraków

Obowiązki:

  • dostarczanie wysokiej jakości standardów obsługi klientów w języku niemieckim
  • kontakt telefoniczny z klientami firmy
  • rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z użytkowaniem urządzeń
  • przekazywanie bardziej skomplikowanych problemów do 2giej linii wsparcia

Wymagania:

  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego (min. B2)
  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • bardzo dobra znajomość obsługi komputera
  • komunikatywność
  • umiejętności analityczne
